Microsoft did not buy enough serves to have customers upload to use the install program for this product. I have spent over 7 hours and could not get this or Star Wars Battlefront to work. I had called the customer service number 3 times and it was recommended 2 times to return the product. I think the reason Microsoft stock is not going up over the last couple of years has a lot to do with the end products they make do not do as they are intended to in the boardroom and in the long run Sony is going to run over them. I wish my fellow countrymen could get their act together.

I bought this the summer of 2007 when i was interning and had spare cash. Figured it'd be worth the investment BEEEEEEEEEEEP. yeah total waste of money. I used it regularly (3 times a week) for over 5 months straight and noticed not even the slightest bit of difference. I continued using it once a week after that but am yet to see any results. I still have it lying somewhere. The only reason i gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because it didn't burn my scalp or cause my hair to fall out or smth :)

Kirt has done a phenomenal job in presenting this training course in a clear and concise manner. I thought I knew the basics and considered myself an intermediate user. Boy was I wrong, but this training has taken me to an advanced level in a short amount of time.

after trying everything that does work and purchasing this, I was amazed to find that it actually work. But one did not do the trick for me, I think that I need about three flushes, MINE was beyond clogged, but at least now it is idling a whole lot better....it definitely works.

I used this product on a daily basis, three capsules a day, for 6 months to help with thinning hair. My fingernails have never been stronger and my skin looks good so I believe the ingredients are working. I have seen new hairs grow in but they remain wispy and thin, but in 6 months time the new hairs have grown to about 3-4 inches long. I was hoping they would thicken up and that fill in. Unfortunately, I seem to be one of those people that fits into the category of a rare side effect of saw palmetto, which causes heavy bleeding. I had to stop taking this product because the saw palmetto in it was causing severe bleeding during my periods and prolonging them to weeks at a time.
