These are simply a very good vitamins for our teenagers. My son 13 yrs old started to take them months ago and I only give him two tablets per day. It has helped him with energy and concentration at school, he has improved tremendously his grades to As and Bs from Cs and Ds, his early signs of acne disappear after taking regularly these vitamins. It doesn't upset his stomach and yes at the beginning he had some trouble swelling them, but now he takes them with a big glass of chocolate milk and has no problem now. This is the absolute best facial product I've ever found. I was not expecting much when I bought it, but I could see a reduction in the prominence of my acne scars after the first application. I've been applying this daily after my shower for about two weeks, and my acne has probably reduced by about 40%, I will buy this for as long as they sell it. I do shower at night, so this is on my skin all night while I sleep, I'm not sure if it would be as effective if you apply it in the morning before applying makeup.

When I got this four days ago, I was so excited based on the reviews but I SWEAR to you, my wrinkles are worse than before. In fact, I hardly had any wrinkles to begin with and I think this stuff made me have MORE wrinkles. Have you ever used a whipped egg white mask? You know how it makes your face get so tight that you can't smile? This is what this cream has done to me. When I smile, my eyes and my face are too right and it is actually uncomfortable.

Delivery was fast but for some reason many of the cards have a thin, barely visible line going across the top. I don't know what thats about but as since none of the rare cards had it, its no worry but its still something to consider fixing.
