I just want to throw this out there for everyone... it works.. if you put work in it, of coarse. You need to exercises morning and night. eat healthy. no unhealthy things.. and you know what I mean. it is not a miracle drug. it just helps with weightloss. so yeah exercise and eat healthy.

i'm early 50 of age and this song, as well as this artist are 1 of my top 5,me being a one time decent musician, if it counts.who else still does shows, without digital help,that still sells out. besides .i can't name 2 songs of his I don't like.

I am vegetarian so I can't comment on the meat grinding capabilities but it does a great job mincing or pureeing vegetables. Easy to disassemble and clean and easily stays attached to the countertop. Makes prep a snap, I'm super happy with this! I received this product at a discount in exchange for an open and honest review.
