I receive my order on the day it was promise. I was very excite to open the box and it was package very nicely. The first time I used the curve cream it was like magic. It worked right out of the box. The texture of the cream was smooth and silky and the smell was nice. It has a very light smell to it. This was the first time i use any kind of enhancement cream. I was amazed and pleased. I am on the flat side of thing in this area. I usually wear long shirts etc to hide this area, but in the summer it can become a task to do so. Much improved from earlier models in terms of ride comfort and features. Some disappointments..the cover over the back hatch area is now a flimsy fabric instead of the roll out cover, back seat space is tight, no place for a garbage container, only one glove box instead of the 2 in earlier models. Mileage is great, seats are improved. It takes a while to learn how to use all the built in electronics

It's not if, but when, the plastic brackets that connect the shield to the housing will break. This could be a 5 star product if the plastic bracket that mates the curved, rigid section to the textile shield was made with a stronger plastic. The weak plastic used in the bracket WILL break during normal use because the retractive force on the shield is more than the plastic can bear.
