Biltong is a tenderer form of beef jerky, so it's great if you want a meaty snack that doesn't have the consistency of shoe leather. I love finding good, quality food products and Brooklyn Biltong seems to fit the bill! They offer grass-fed beef, seasoned with natural herbs and spices. They don't add a bunch of chemicals to it. I don't know if they have other flavors, but the regular flavor I tried could use a wee more salt or spices, but overall the product is a great snack! The only downside was that it took a long time to receive it, but I didn't feel that was worth a lower rating. Just expect a longer wait period than most Amazon products.
