These seem to work great. Our kids have yet to get sick since they have been taking these. We are working on our second bottle, hope its not just luck and these are doing the what the reviews say they do.

It is a good book and worth the time reading it. It's about a strong woman living during a time when it wasn't easy for women to be strong and independent. I enjoyed reading it and you will too.
