I took last year and worked great! I lost 7lb the first week. Tried other brands but is not the same. Now I just ordered another one. Just don't take more than recommended otherwise you will be in the bathroom all day and always take after meals, because it can cause you nauseas. But if taken the right way is really effective. Oh.. And be aware of your liver.

My wife loves this! She recommends it for anyone who just wants to get up and dance. Great collection of songs and the store lets you choose more to add to your collection. Why work out with a boring routine when you can shake your bootie, work up a sweat and have a lot of fun!

This package doesn't contain the most recent version of the software and I having do a huge download in an attempt to get it to install. I would not buy again and if this download doesn't solve the issues around installing the product I will be asking for a refund.

The item got here quickly Inf great packaging. No issues with it. Love it so far. Charges my iPhone 6s about 5 times before a recharge is needed
