I purchased my first Fitbit 4/11/2014. The snap wasn't secure and caught on everything and kept falling off. I finally lost it and ordered my second Fitbit 4/27/2014 (paying full price again.) I had the same problem with the band falling off and finally resorted to securing it with duct tape. After 3 weeks the Fitbit wouldn't charge. I followed all of the manufacturer recommendations, cleaning the contacts with rubbing alcohol and toothbrush and resetting it with a paperclip. It still wouldn't charge. I contacted the manufacturer and after many emails over a week, they shipped a replacement on 5/27/2014. I had the same problem with the bank and had to continually use duct tape or rubber bands to keep it from falling off. On July 19, 2014 it quit charging again. I followed the manufacturer's recommendations, cleaning the contacts, reset with a pin. I've now spent 4 months and over $200 trying to get good results from this product and I am now going to pack up all of the parts and pieces and mail it back to the manufacturer. After reading all of the consumer complaints about this product on the Internet, I think it's time to try a different product. I'm also going to post this complain on my Facebook page and tell the public NOT to purchase Fitbit products.

Would have gave 5 stars but it was a little too hard working with the cut outs. I used my shop knife then finished up with my Dremel tool. Took a little bit of time but guess what? That's what do it yourself is all about. The wiring for the switches was easy and very simple.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because i just started using it along with the grotivator moisturizer and my hair feel like cotton like its healthier already all i need to see if it works on growth and if it do this will be my staple products will be back to update on growth

No pop at all, nothing as I thought it would be. If there was any pop to the bat it lasted a couple at bats.

While it does its job, it's getting WAY too pricey. One expensive software for the federal, another chunk o' bucks for the state. I am cranky and feeling gouged. I am buying H&R lock for my business next year.

You hear so much about this guitar. Let me sum it up. First the guitar then the gforce. This is an awsome looking, great sounding, and great feeling guitar well worth the price they are selling for. I got mine for under 900. The brass nut has been an issue for some but gibson is quick to replace it for free.
