The equipment was a perfect match to OEM without a scratch. There was a paper included with a website for instructions. Don't bother, just read the review by Wade. 1 try, 30 seconds and it was done.

This is quality made and great for those cool days when it is not quite cold enough for heavy jacket.

I upgrade every 2-3 years and this time we upgraded to the multi user (3) with the option of going to 5 users if needed. We are a family run business and have used QB for over 10 years but needed a software for sales, invoicing, book-keeping and eventually a CRM component. Most of the sales/CRM programs out there cost thousands of dollars and require monthly or annual memberships with a lot of initial set-up. QB is easy to use and easy to teach to new employees. We were able to upgrade and use the current information without any interruption to business. This new version allows us to track our customer orders, track potential leads and automatically add them into our customer list and allows us to set up the desktop specific to each users needs i.e. - sales dept vs. bookkeeping. The help menu has also improved and provides a blog/link to additional information if needed.

So easy-to-use and save recipes! I love the new format. The photos are awesome and really helpful. So glad they changed it. Much better. If you had it before it is worth it to check it out.

I bought a new Highlander Sept 2013. A sales person talked me into getting the complete Xzilon treatment of almost $2000. I was assured the treatment meant anything....ANYTHING....would be covered except maybe a knife through the seat. So when my son accidentilly dumped diesel in the floorboards I thought I was covered. NO!!!!! They denied my claim saying it was one of the exempted items covered in section XX, paragraph YY, subparagraph ZZ.....fine print..toxic substance

What a groundbreaking achievement from Sony!! From the second I put on the headset I felt like I was in a different world. I tried two games, Eve Valkyrie and Headmaster, a soccer game and both were amazing.
