Spoiler Alert - this book is only for Quicken2015 Windows users - I have a Mac and the Quicken version for Mac looks nothing like the features that Mr. Nelson describes in his book. Example, Mac version has no Find/Replace feature described in Nelson's book.

This was my first cleanse and I thought it went really well. I felt great however i did have some extreme bathroom sessions but I feel like its not unusual to experience some side effects of a cleanse. It was easy to take and by the end of the 7 days I lost a few pounds, my digestion was much more regular, my skin cleared up nicely and I don't have as much "foggy brain" as I did before. My husband did it with me and had a very similar experience as me with less bathroom extremity. Will buy again and maybe do every 3 or 6 months

This works! I use pad, then apply Dr. Denese serum. After applying, there is a tingling where applied. I wait a few minutes before applying serum.

I did notice that my sleep was a little deeper and I wasn't waking up as much during the night. Only issue I had was a slight dependency started to occur and I did feel a little drowsy in the morning.

Didn't even come with a planchette. All that was in the sealed box was the board and the instructions.
