This was fun, light reading with characters I'd love to hear more from (oh, the stories old Mrs. Granger could tell!). The book had a nice pace and kept me turning the pages, with a charming sprinkling of quaint expressions like "butt over teakettle" (topsy turvy).

“You were programmed to live an abundant, victorious, faith-filled life,” Osteen writes. “That's how your Creator designed you” (2) But we have allowed our thinking to be faulty. We have not guarded our minds like Scripture tells us. We need to clear out all the negative thinking and not let it take root. We are to meditate on what God says about us, getting rid of negative labels and believing God's labels.

I am almost through with level 1 and can communicate well enough to feel a lot more confident when traveling to a spanish speaking country. I took spanish for two years in jr. high and feel that I learned more from the introductory tapes than I did in those two years (particularly how to order a beer, lol, I guess they don't include that at the jr. high level). I am having no trouble retaining what I learn from lesson to lesson. I really like the way past lessons keep popping up in future conversations. In the past I was very good with pronunciation and simple vocabulary, but could not follow a conversation. With Pimsleur I can actually participate in conversation. I can't wait to continue and become bilingual at last! All you need is the dedication to devote 30 minutes a day.

Unfortunately, I don't think these work. I've been using these for quite some time and have been ordering them regularly in hopes that it will "eventually kick in", but after a year of taking them, it doesn't seem to do much of anything. "Slim" in the name is very deceiving because realistically, you're not going to lose weight from this product.

I followed the manufacture's directions to the letter. I ran all three tablets back to back. My washer actually smells worse than before using this product. I will NEVER buy this product again.

DO NOT USE AN IMPACT/HAMMER DRILL WITH THIS!! Other than that silly mistake it seems to work just fine although a little expensive (I found a similar, all metal, jig at the local Harbor Freight). I also was not a fan of having to use the proprietary screws with this jig so I went up to the local lumber store and found some similar Philips/square head screws in the bulk section that will work with the Kreg Jig. My first project was a kitchen table for my wife that I built out of 2x8 Doug fir and the jig worked great. The material I choose is a bit of a pain in the butt but a kitchen table top for around $40 can't be beat. I will try and remember to post pics when I am done staining and sealing.
