First supplement I've tried tyhat did anything ! On my third bottle and happy as a clam with it. My nails turned back to normal in about three weeks and the gel cap while good sized is easy to swallow. Some of the other brands I tried were nasty tasting and hard to get down.

My teen wanted this XBOX one game after we saw the movie. It was an expensive game. He got through the whole game in 1 or 2 days. It says E for everyone, but I feel this game isn't for older kids at all.
