As a computer repair tech this is the best and fastest Anti-virus out there. No Antivirus is 100% effective but Webroot is very good. I use it along with Malware Bytes anti-malware which catches whatever Webroot misses. Give it a try and you will not be sorry.

This book is great for civil techs, survey techs, engineers and even cad managers. Very user friendly. In this book you will learn the correct procedures and workflow for using the surveying/civil features and tools in civil 3d 2013. In addition, you will be provided data sets files for your practice drawings with some videos. With this book, you will get a better understanding of C3D styles and settings. Here are just a few items you will learn about in this book: profiles, new survey features, pipe networks, parcels and much more. For those firms/companies that don't have no in-house training, this would be a great book to provide your new employees. So I highly recommend having this book at your desk for civil 3d users.

Works well and the effect is very dramatic a first. Watch the on line video however to clarify the instructions. Takes some effort to do it well. Unfortunately the effect is not long lasting. After 2 months, the hazing has reappeared and I think will be back to baseline by 3-4 months.

I cannot speak to the Bad Customer Service or Warranty about this Product but I can speak to the quality of this Product. For Those who are Writing Bad Reviews about the Quality of this Product, I can tell you that if the Dealership is "cheating" and not properly applying this product by 1) Not applying 2 coats as they should or 2) not applying a smooth or full application of this product across your entire car then your entire car will not be properly protected from bugs and bird droppings. So before thinking that there are Product Issues, you should be going after your Dealership and making them Reapply It at their Expense a/s/a/p.

This is my 5th Timbuk2 bag and they never disappoint me. I bought the wingman because I wanted a weekend bag where I can tuck my Macbook in. This works great. There are enough compartments to put my stuff. I really like the shoe bag on one of the ends. This allows me to stash my shoes without getting any of my clothes dirty. I bought the red/gunmetal because the colors look great. The straps take some getting use to. If you pack it well then you will have some comfort carrying it. The reason I gave it four stars is because it didn't come with a messenger strap. I thought I would be okay without one, but when my back is hurting, I like to switch up the way I carry my bag. Overall I love this Wingman.

Replaced the OEM deck protector that didn't cover the edge. This is much better and nicer looking than the factory equipment.
