I've used webroot for several years now and sad to say the customer service and tech assistance is horrible. I've spent too much time for something that should be understandable. Nothing has changed since the install of the last edition and they have even been linked to my computer and saw everything that I have seen and ask me to describe it again. Fine ok you don't understand your product when you need to fine give me another keycode and see if it will register. I have spent a week and dont know how much time waiting on the phone and sending replies back and forth. The last conversation was where they assured me that it would be 20 minutes and i would have my code show up on the account. All the time I have spent on this would've paid for the product if I was on the clock.

The best helmets are the ones you have on your head at the moment of your fall. This one makes wearing one as comfortable as possible. I do not foresee anyone banging this helmet about on their handlebars as they ride.

I have had this unit for just over a year and I am disappointed with this unit, when it works it does a wonderful job, but the unit easily becomes plugged up even with fuel stabilizer ran through it. I have had to clean this unit twice now to get it to run correctly, and I constantly use stabalizer to prevent it from having carbon build up. But went to start the unit again and it will not start, changed spark plug, cleaned air filter and still nothing. The design leads me to think that this will be a constant issue. I bought two of these units and my father is having the same issue.

The sticks are super easy to use. I just have to open it and place it into any type of drink I have and just stir. It doesn't have a strong flavor to it which is great. The caffeine kicks in really fast.
