Pretty solid for their size, weight, and price. These are not meant for competitive powerlifters, just not that heavy duty. I see they are rated to 390 lbs. I think I would stop at around 315 on them (3- 45 lb./20kg plates on each side of an olympic bar). Also I would not bang a heavy weight against the backstop of them. Use with common sense, and they should be adequate for all but the most serious of home gyms. They are also light enough to put away when not in use.
I had a very negative experience with this product. On the surface, it seems like it could work well for many people which I'm sure is the case, however, not if you bank with Bank of America which is very common for many people. Firstly, I set it up to do a "feed" so it would automatically import transactions which is the whole reason I bought it in the first place. I worked on it for half a day with error messages before I found out you need to call Bank of America to flip a switch to allow quickbooks access, and there is a $15 monthly charge from your bank (This is not mentioned anywhere as it is a BOA fee). I then come to find out there is a 250 transaction maximum feed import. Then you have to do it manually by uploading statements. Unfortunately, Bank of America doesn't export these transactions in a Quickbooks compatible format, you have to change it to a different form, and THEN Quickbooks doesn't recognize my bank code and it won't import. After scouring the internet I find many users with this same exact issue who have said they needed to actually change the bank code in the import so it shows up as a different bank that is compatible, most often Chase, but then they have a duplicate account with the wrong bank name. For nearly $200 and banking with such a common bank, I expected no trouble, and no extra costs. I am trying to find a way to return this product.
I just purchased this product and I'm not a fan. The smell is overwhelming and not in a good way, and it is way too oily. Not to mention, after using this product for less than 2 weeks I developed a rash on my arms- there are these little bums around my stretch marks! And after researching, I found out I'm not the only one that this has happened to. The formula used in Bio-Oil has mineral oil. Which is also used in Johnson's Baby Oil! And I know that I'm allergic to Johnson's baby oil, because when I use it I get rashes all over. Now I'm stuck with this and it was a totally waste. So beware everyone :( Especially those with sensitive skin.
I purchased the Retinol Cream from Uptown Cosmeceuticals about a month ago and it really is a great product! It immediately worked great as a moisturizer and I noticed my skin was softer after a few days use. I have also noticed that the small sunspots on my forehead from repeated sunburns have seemed to lighten and the darkness under my eyes has diminished. I really love the style of the pump too. It keeps the lotion from drying out at the end of the pump.
I never write these things--they all sound info-mercially to me and I basically believe that 95% of positive reviews are paid. That being said--i love this stuff. I originally got it as a sample from Sephora a little over a year ago and it's really the best product for my skin. I've tried every primer/bb cream/whatever they're calling it now, and for my skin (very sensitive, prone to breakouts, etc). And normally, if I try anything new on my skin, I'll know within half a day if it's a good product for me--my skin will become super oily, I'll break out under the foundation, all the things you'd not want to happen. I actually stopped using all foundation/bb creams until this little sample--I was only using a clinique power that was not helping me do anything other than say mostly matte all day.
Loved it! The Dragons of Preor is the next arc in the Ujal series. Loved Jarek and Melissa's stroy. Jarek is the Battle Master of the 3rd Fleet. He is leading the first of the Preor males to Earth to find mates, though he has been forbidden to find a mate himself. Jarek's father was the scientist responsible for the death of most of their females and dragonlet. When Jarek meets Melissa, the nanny to the Ujal, the "knowing" (mating fever type thing/that is handy with needed information), ties them together. Not all of the Preor are happy about human female mates. Other's are not happy that Jarek has found his mate. A fun, emotional and steamy story. Rhal gets to do his kick ass thing. Erun is very cute is how he as adopted Melissa as his sister. Looking forward to meeting the next Preor warrior and his mate.
