Great book for the pcat test. Felt like the book and the practice test really gave me the edge I needed to go into the test as prepared as I could be.

For my knee, hip, and shoulder arthritis pain: I started out with 9 caps a day (3+3+3). When the pain went away completely (4-6 weeks) I dropped back to 6 caps a day (3+3) and on that dosage have been pain-free ever since. Before that I was taking lots of pain pills with very little results. This is not a drug, has no side effects, and works great!.
