FIRST BEWARE of the "gorilla knobs" the knob for OFF L R Both Start which after use may get so difficult to turn, it hurts your hand, and locks in place. Not just on this, but the Multi Panel as well (Mode Selector knob). I am waiting for my third replacement for the Multi Panel, and my first replacement for the switch panel. I have seen numerous complaints on this, so, along with my 4 replacements because of these knobs, I feel it is a design issue, and they won't address it other than replacing.
I am not a work out person. I tend to get bored if not challenged or too challenged. This is the perfect combo. i have stuck with it for 4 weeks now and 10 lbs down. it loads quickly, minimal waiting between segments (saw that was an issue with the first edition). Only suggestion would be for the trainer not to make snide comments when I leave the view of kinnect (i.e. to get water, go to the bathroom), she says dumb stuff like "was it something i said?" that annoys me. but, it does keep me there longer so maybe its intentional. I love how it monitors your body during each routine and tells/rates you on how well you performed and "grades" you. I do feel like the calorie counts are off - they seem much lower than when i input my workouts to my fitness pal. com
I didn't notice a huge difference in my milk. After using it for 2 days, I noticed huge emotional changes. I at first I thought it was something else, so I quit everything I was taking, and just started taking this again by itself. It did the same thing, it made me cranky, irritable, and mirrored PMS emotions. I wouldn't recommend this, especially if you are easily effected by anything that my control your hormones. I feel like I wasted $35
I registered for the Baby Jogger City Mini because I wanted a light-weight, easy-to-fold stroller (I'm 5'1" and not very strong, so the travel systems were out of the question for me.), and the City Mini seemed like the best option available. I'm so happy that I didn't get it because the B-Agile, while very similar, has a few features that make it nicer than the City Mini:
Easy to follow exercises and great tips for the long time sufferers. This book along with physical therapy makes for a solution to pain rather than taking prescription medications every day.
