This is probably the best book I've purchased in years that confirms (possibly) some things I've been wondering about! Told my Mom over the last year or so how I noticed there are WAYYYY too many pharmacies going up around the U.S.! Pretty obvious they are making mega bucks off of those of us who have not been taking good care of themselves (myself included)! This book tells of some natural supplements and natural (free) things we can do to better care for ourselves and ideally not be on ANY prescription medications! I am a breast cancer survivor and wish I had this book years ago; had 10 surgeries and so far I'm on only one prescription med; lysinopril for blood pressure. Planning to get off of it; doing my water aerobics (and it reminds us that exercise is a BIG help)! And, I like how it teaches us about milk thistle and a supplement called hawthorne I had never heard of. There are natural supplements to conquer high bp and cholerestrol and etc.; in addition to learning better eating habits. Trying to wean myself from too much sugar; I eat less than i used to but need to keep working on it! I plan to try some of the supplements and love that this prize-winning chemist gives us a lot of good information for good health! My vote would be...buy it! :)

Noticed more strength in my legs within a few days of using. Recommended by my doctor. Try, do not think you will be disappointed, however after 3 months had to cut down dosage. started getting dizzy, my legs do miss the regular dosage of 3 at nite, but the site does talk about side effects. always do your research so that you are comfortable in what your taking. now take one every other nite for the last 2 weeks. just be careful. depends on your system and your body.

Haven't had a lot of time to go through it thoroughly. Usually these books are east to follow, so will have to see if it is like the others.

This book is the first book you should get on preparing the USMLE Step1. It contains not only the review of the subjects, but also informations that you should know on taking the exam. I strongly suggest this book especially if you are an International Medical Graduate.

This is the best pet carrier hands down! It is so convenient. It folds up flat for easy storage. Can be carried anywhere. Easy to clean. And I love that it is well ventilated. Just perfect!

This is undoubtedly a superior product and will settle my leaky gut syndrome quickly. I didn’t know what I had until I read all the symptoms associated with LGS. I know it has continued my eczema whilst I applied all sorts of remedies to rid myself of this awful spreading itch. Many ointments etc. worked, but nothing got rid of it totally, but now only after a few days I already seen major improvement. So let me make it perfectly clear the product is great and I highly recommend it. HOWEVER, it is pricey and when the container arrived it’s small size was a letdown. BUT upon opening this container I really felt irritated – it was only a little over half full! It also contained a scooper, which took even more room. This packaging is disappointing and I don’t think they considered the customer experience at all. If they would package in one of those Mylar re-sealable bags, which are bigger on the bottom and then narrow up, it would look like you are getting something and not seem so stingily filled. As I say the product is worth it, but the overall impact of it’s presentation is horrid.
