International Journal of Food Contamination | Home page - <p>The <i>International Journal of Food Contamination</i> publishes baseline, monitoring data, indicating the qualitative and quantitative presence of microbiological and chemical contaminants in foods, animal feed, and their raw materials. For primary production, only data related to agricultural commodities used for food or feed production are eligible for publication.</p><p>There are no restrictions on classes of contaminants, and the scope includes both established and emerging hazards, e.g. bacterial pathogens and bacterial toxins, products of microbial activity (such as biogenic amines), viruses, fungi and mycotoxins, marine biotoxins, plant toxins, process and environmental contaminants, migration contaminants from food contact materials, and residues of pesticides and veterinary drugs found in raw materials, food and feed. Direct food additives are not part of the scope, unless added as part of the preservation strategy, but the products of their transformation that present established or potential risk for public health (e.g. nitrosamines) are part of the scope. Additives which are part of the food contact materials, e.g. plasticisers such as phthalates, are part of the scope.</p><p>The work described does not need to be innovative either in the approach or in the methods used, but the sampling, analytical methods, and data analysis and interpretation must be valid and sound. The significance of the results either for the science community, food industry or competent authorities must be shown.</p><p>The data and its unified format will allow scientists worldwide to refer to it for different purposes, including:</p><ul><li>To review the sampling schemes used by food authorities and food producers</li><li>To assess the relevance and suitable limit values of POs and FSOs for biological and chemical risks</li><li>To evaluate the need for new or adapted methods for sampling and testing</li><li>To develop predictive mathematical models for identified hazards</li><li>To perform risk analysis</li><li>To follow and model global food contamination patterns</li></ul>

  • Brad - Terrible, Stay Away!

The option of having a cable modem with built in wireless N and 4 port switch was enticing, rather than having both a modem and a wireless router. It would save me $13/month vs renting one from my cable provider Time Warner and be a next generation cable modem with very nice wireless speeds.

  • D. Twum - Great tasting tea, very helpful for milk supply

I looked at this tea and several others, and actually tried another brand of loose leaf tea before finding this one. After reading all the reviews and comparisons, I decided to bite the bullet and just get this tea. I was quite worried about people's comments concerning the taste, but I figured I'd do what I must in order to keep breastfeeding my son. To my surprise, the tea was actually pretty tasteless compared to the loose leaf nursing tea I was drinking before. And, I think it definitely boosted my milk production. I don't know whether it's the herbs or the increased intake in fluids, but I definitely started pumping 8-10oz per pumping session, which was more than enough for my child. At some point I reduced my intake because I seemed to be overproducing milk and could feed my baby and freeze 12oz each day. When my production dropped a bit, I'd start back up on the tea, drinking a cup after each pumping session. I finished my six boxes pretty quickly and ordered another one two weeks ago.

  • Rageous - Satisfied with item.

I received a free 6 month trial with a new laptop. I was satisfied with trial that I purchased a subscription for a year. I have previously used 2 other brands and found that each one had issues that I did not care for. I am happy with WEBROOT so far. It is very easy to manage and that was what I was looking for. I found the other 2 brands very intrusive with reminders and having my credit card charged for add on services and extended coverage with out my knowledge . Read fine print if you give any information online as they will charge your account for coverage plans you did not authorize. Again read fine print and do not give info you feel uncomfortable giving. Check you account info to make sure your credit card number is not included as this will be used to continue or add on coverage.
