I recently purchased my alarm system after researching for days and days. In the process, I had a few questions so I decided to both e-mail and call SimpliSafe. My e-mail was answered in an hour! When I called customer service, after being on hold for no more than 1 minute, a HUMAN answered the phone... no "Push 1 for this, 2 for that." The people at SimpliSafe are helpful, patient, and kind. Just the customer service sold me on this alarm system. A few days later, the alarm arrived and I had it completely set up in 15 minutes. I really love that I can set up multiple PINs so that I don't have to give my apartment complex my number. The quality of the alarm is solid and everything seems to be working as it should.

I watched dozens of reviews on Utube before I pulled the trigger on this flashlight, and I'm a very satisfied customer. For such a small package you get unspeakable brightness, 1050 lumens to be exact... Just an amazing light from Thrunite 😎

Sure enough, it has kept spiders from rebuilding webs in places I didn't want them (front porch and in a stable). Also I sprayed a window at the stable that gets covered with gnats and some flies and now the window SILL is covered with DEAD ones! haha And it doesn't show on the window glass. Bought it a second time to treat more areas. Wish it came in a one-gallon size, though, it's a bit tricky to divide it between two containers (or maybe the manufacturer could mark the bottle at 1/2 for a one-gallon sprayer?)
