The treadmill arrived well-packaged and therefore in excellent condition. It took some assembling ability, but thankfully my husband is very handy. He put it together, following the instructions carefully, in 2-3 hours. He needed no second person. So one capable person can manage it alone. I was surprised at how much different it was from my last Proform I bought 10 years ago at Sears. The machine is a vast improvement! It's larger - like a treadmill you would see at a gym. It's construction is very sturdy and solid. It has more exercise/track options. And it has built-in speakers, along with a MP3 or phone jack, so you can listen to music with or without headphones. Easy music access make the workout much more desirable and the time flies by. But the best part is the price! This is a LOT OF MACHINE for the price tag. It's half the price of lesser machines I've seen in stores. I strongly recommend the Proform 505 CST Treadmill.

I discovered this gem a few weeks ago. I am mostly an avid blues and jazz fan, but I thought I would give this genre a try, and I love it! This is some truly inovative music!

I started this program because a friend lost 40 lbs on it and I was excited about Facebook posts that said it is very effective for the midsection. I'll admit that I had a hard time following it to a T. I'm a busy professional and I think changing your habits over night is a bit challenging. I will say that I did dramatically change my habits overall but I did not full eliminate things like wine and cheese. I would say I followed it 75%. While I fit into my pants a bit more easily, I did not loose any weight per se and this is an expensive program. Also in terms of ingredients, they are good but if you do your research. There are healthier and cheaper options. I'm going to try vegansmart after this. Like Isagenix, the shakes are tasty but better ingredients. It is also half the price of Isagenix. Btw the cleanse day drinks do not taste good, cold robituson is a good description but it is not utterly disgusting.

I have begin to really love Bae products. I have enjoyed everything that I have gotten by them! And so far this is no exeption! I have been using it for about a week and to say the least I have had a rough week....the eye bags are unreal. So this product has come in handy and my co worker even noticed a difference from when I wasn't using it to now (kind of sad HA) Either way this product made my bad week a little better at least I didnt look like i had a bad week! I love the easy pump on this bottle as well. And hyaluronic acid is a girls best friend.
