Very informative book. It literally opened my eyes on what can cause all my ailments, from hair loss and chronic fatigue to multiple digestive problems and persistent acne. After reading this book, I literally ran to take a few blood tests (iron, folate, b12, selen, copper, zinc). The results support the findings in this book. My iron is extremely low, for example, even though I eat meat almost every day. I made simple changes to my diet (as was suggested in chapter 7), my digestive issues improved considerably. And it's been 3 days only after I finished reading it. I hope to see improvements in other areas as well soon. The only thing that bothered me a little is that so much repetitive information is dedicated to heartburn in this book.

The Cheetah mount is an incredible value. The mount is amazingly sturdy and very well built. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble the parts out of the box. Then another hour to mount the TV to the brick above our fireplace. I used 4 Quicktap blue masonry anchors to attach the mount to the wall, and it is so secure I could probably hang from the TV itself.

Works as advertised, price is great. Present to my dad who needs it. He likes it, but spends a great deal of time watching TV and there is a latency issue. Just a millisecond delay, but he can't use it for television. Great at church and other things, but no TV we are stuck on sub-titles for the hearing impaired. Nice try though.

Disappointing. I liked the other 2 books in the series very much. This was a poor example-- glad it was not the first one I read. Skip it.
