I needed something to help my hair!I It is very damaged and tends to break easily when brushed. So I always keep it in a short style. I was looking for pills to continue my hair growth using biotin. I decided to get these because the ones I were using had been finished. I decided to get these also because they have so many more supplements than just using regular biotin. I have only been using these for a short period and I already feel as though my hair is stronger. I can tell a big difference when I use it. Highly recommended.

This book was not only boring but very poorly written. Filled with typos and misspellings, but worst of all the ridiculously long run on sentences. Most sentences had no less than 25 words in them. By the time I finished a sentence , I could no longer remember what it was supposed to be about. It read like a long,very bad tabloid rumor -mongered story. Most annoying to me was that "I Love Lucy" was written as 7 Love Lucy or / Love Lucy....no reason given, so I'm just assuming this was typos of the worst kind!
